Name : Papyrase® IL
Description
Epygen PAPYRASE IL is a combination of specially developed Hemicellulase Enzyme that would modify cellulosic fibers and dislodge tough Ink and dirt from waste paper.
De-inking Enzymes
Neutral Deinking of Recycled waste paper using Epygen Hemicellulase, can considerably reduce the need for harsh chemicals like Caustic Soda and Peroxide, without compromising paper quality. Special inks like Laser or Polymeric inks bind with fibre so tightly that it is often not possible to disperse these with conventional chemicals, without damaging fiber. Epygen PAPYRASE IL allows the secondary fiber structure to loosen up, releasing the embedded ink with reduced usage of Alkali and Detergents.
Benefits include the following:
Improved pulp cleanliness and dirt count.
Substantial cost reduction in terms of pulping chemicals.
Improved operation of the grey water loops.
Less risk of unwanted deposits.
Brighter final pulp.
Improved paper machine runnability.
Reduced Dusting, improved bulk and softness in tissues.
